These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between the Manufacturer (Jobber) and the Client for the production of formal pants at an agreed rate per piece. By engaging our services, you agree to all the terms stated below.
Services
1. Stitching Service (Cut to Stitch)
This service includes the process from fabric cutting up to stitching.
It covers only the basic production stage up to the completion of stitching.
The rate will depend on the pant design, pattern, and complexity.
2. Finishing Service (Finishing)
This service includes bartack, thread cleaning, ironing, and packing.
Packing is optional and will be charged separately if required.
3. Cut to Pack Service (Cut to Pack)
This is a complete service package that covers all stages from fabric cutting to final packing.
It includes stitching, finishing, ironing, and packing — all managed by Joboneclothing’s team.
This service is ideal for clients who want the entire process handled at one place.
Manufacturing Process
The process includes cutting, stitching, finishing, and pressing (ironing).
Changes may be made as per requirements and time availability.
Finished goods will be delivered to the agreed location.
Patterns can be customized as per the client’s request if the workers are willing to make them.
Rates
The agreed job rate may be for example ₹200 per piece.
Rates may vary depending on the design and quality of the product.
This rate is exclusive of taxes and delivery charges (if applicable).
Material Supply
The fabric will be provided by the client, and it is the client’s responsibility to deliver it to the factory.
All other materials such as zippers, hooks, fusing, etc., will be provided by Joboneclothing.
If the client wishes to add custom items such as metal logos, ID tags, or design belt hooks, they must supply them.
Weekly Expense
Every Friday and Saturday, a fixed weekly expense must be paid to cover regular worker needs such as food and daily essentials.
Production Capacity
Production capacity will be communicated in advance.
Large orders may require additional lead time.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered within the agreed timeframe depending on the order quantity.
Any delays due to unforeseen issues (e.g., material shortage, labor problems, or natural causes) will be communicated promptly.
Delivery will be made to the client’s provided address, and any applicable delivery charges will be borne by the client.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full within 7 days after receiving the completed order.
For large orders, a 50% advance payment may be required.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque.
Quality Assurance
All products go through a thorough quality check before delivery.
If a mistake occurs after completion and it is confirmed as our error, we take full responsibility.
If you are informed of an issue and approve it to proceed, we are not liable for that defect.
Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
You are welcome to visit our factory for quality checks or contact us for faster delivery.
Returns & Repair
If you have any complaints, please inform us immediately for quick resolution.
Only defective products due to manufacturing issues will be repaired or replaced.
No returns or repairs will be accepted for defects caused by incorrect or damaged fabric supplied by the client.
Termination of Agreement
Either party can terminate this agreement with a 7-day notice, provided all payments and pending work are settled.
If the client causes any issue, Joboneclothing reserves the right to terminate the agreement, and the client must clear dues within the specified period.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will first be attempted to resolve amicably.
If unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to all clauses mentioned above.

For Clients
Purpose of Service: Our goal is to simplify communication, coordination, and workflow automation between clients and manufacturers/service providers. We use Google Sheets, Gmail, Apps Script, and WhatsApp platforms to achieve this.
Data Handling:
All client data is securely stored within the Google Workspace environment.
Data is used strictly for business communication, reporting, and project tracking.
No data is shared with any third party without prior consent.
Use of WhatsApp / Meta Products: Communication may take place through WhatsApp Messenger or WhatsApp Business, governed by Meta’s terms. Clients acknowledge that messages, calls, and media may pass through Meta’s servers.
Automation: Automated emails, reports, or notifications may be generated using Google Apps Script or similar tools — solely for work-related purposes, never for advertising or unauthorized use.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any temporary loss or error caused by third-party services, technical issues, or downtime. However, we always maintain the highest standards of data protection and privacy.
Consent: By using our services, you consent to the processing of your information under Google and Meta’s policies.
Termination: Clients may discontinue services at any time. After termination, client data will be securely retained for a limited time and then permanently deleted.
Dispute & Correction Process
Errors or Disagreements: If any user or client finds an error, disagreement, or unclear point within these Terms & Conditions, they must first notify us in writing (via email or contact form).
Priority of Resolution: Upon receiving notice, we will review and resolve the issue internally. Only after our review process, the user or client may proceed with further steps.
Final Decision: All corrections or disputes will be handled based on internal review and company policy. We aim to maintain transparency and mutual understanding in all cases.
