These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between the Manufacturer ( jobber )(“We”) and the Client (“You”) for the production of formal pants at an agreed rate of example ₹(“x”) per piece. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

•Manufacturing process .

° The manufacturing process includes cutting, stitching, finishing, and pressing (ironing) of formal pants.or depending your work.Changes can also be made according to time

° Once completed, the finished products will be delivered to your location.( The location where we talked )

° The pattern can also be made according to your requirement if the artisans (“worker “)are willing to make it

•Rate.

° The agreed job rate is example ₹200 per piece (or) Rates may be more or less depending on the design and quality of the product .This rate is exclusive of taxes and delivery charges (if applicable).

•Material Supply .

° The fabric and any additional materials (zippers, buttons, etc.) required for production will be supplied by the client.

° This process can also be changed if you pay a higher rate.

° You will need to deliver the fabric to the factory.

•Production Capacity.

° Our production capacity will be communicated in advance. Large orders will require additional lead time.

•Delivery.

Timeline

°Orders will be delivered within the agreed timeframe based on the order quantity.

° Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material unavailability, labor issues, natural disasters) will be promptly communicated.

° Products will be delivered to the address provided by the client. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be borne by the client.

•Payments terms .

° Payments must be made in full within 7 days of receiving the completed order.

° For large orders, a 50% advance payment may be required.

° Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque.

Quality assurance

° All products undergo a thorough quality check before delivery.

° If any mistake occurs after peace is established then we are responsible for that but if you have been informed and you have said that it will work then we are not responsible for that

° Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

° You can visit our factory to check the quality.

Returns & Repair

° If you have any 1complaint about your product, please let us know and we will host you so that we can resolve it as soon as possible

° Only defective products due to manufacturing issues will be repaired or replaced.

° No returns will be accepted of other jobber for issues arising from incorrect materials supplied by the client.

• Termination of agreement

° This agreement can be terminated by either party with a 7-days notice, provided all outstanding payments and pending work have been settled.

° If you create any problem then we can send you a termination letter and you will have to pay the outstanding amount within a time period.

Despute Resolutions

° Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Uttar pardesh ( Rampur) 244925].

you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. This agreement will be effective from the date of acceptance.
